Weekly rates start at $200 and up depending on the number of guests and the room.

Cancellation policy: we are a  rural country style motel providing services to customers who are seeking a peaceful and quiet Vermont experience therefore we have a no cancellation policy. We are not able to refund any portion of your reservation once you book a stay. Please be sure of your reservation dates when booking a room. This is not negotiable
